A: Apply blank carrier to test the original emission data according to the predetermined catalyst size/form/installation position;
SOLUTION & Optimization
A: Confirm or optimize the catalyst size and layout according to the emission data of the original machine;
B: If the scheme changes, the original emission test shall be carried out again and the process shall be repeated;
TWC TEST
A: Design the catalyst and prepare samples according to the analysis of the above original emission values and limits;
B: Catalyst test: initial performance and durability;
C: Optimize the catalyst according to the test results. After optimization, repeat the test and confirm the results: the catalyst is finalized.
